Leonard John Buckle
The Clerk-Treasurer, Stephanie Berkey , is in charge of all of the accounting processes; the property, liability, and workers’ comp insurances; recording the minutes of all of the Commissioners’ meetings; keeping the records of town ordinances and resolutions; works with the Town Manager on the town budget; and processes accounts payable and general ledger. Stephanie is also a Notary Public.
The Asst. Clerk-Treasurer, Melissa Leonard, processes the permit applications and records the minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission meetings. She also is in charge of human resources for all town employees; tracking payroll and employee benefits, and is currently in charge of processing water/sewer bills.
