The Commissioners of Ridgely, Maryland (Town of Ridgely) are seeking qualified professional services to perform comprehensive energy audits on seven (7) municipal buildings. The purpose of project is to evaluate existing building performance, identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, extend equipment life, and provide the Town with a practical implementation strategy for future energy improvements and capital investments.
