Martin Sutton Park Pavilion Reservation Request

The Martin Sutton Park Pavilion may be rented by organizations and individuals, subject to approval by the Town and the payment of applicable fees. Only the Pavilion may be rented. All other areas of the park remain open to the public. Depending on the nature of the event, the organizer may also be required to provide proof of insurance, naming the Town of Ridgely as an additional insured, in addition to a waiver of liability.

Fees & Deposit

All individuals and groups must pay a security deposit to rent the Pavilion. Staff from the Town’s Department of Public Works inspects the grounds, equipment, and facilities following a scheduled event. Deposits may be refunded, partially refunded, or retained at the sole discretion of the Town based on the results of the inspection. Additionally, rental fees are charged to individuals and for-profit organizations to rent the Pavilion. Rental fees are non-refundable. Please note: Rental fees cover ONLY the original date scheduled. Should you need a rain date on a different weekend, you must pay an additional rental fee. However, the Pavilion is only rented for one event per weekend. Therefore, if your event is canceled due to weather on Saturday, it does not require an additional fee to use the facility on Sunday. Security Deposit (all renters): $100 Park Rental Fee (does not apply to non-profits): $50
