Please use this form to submit a request for information under the Maryland Public Information Act.

Under the Maryland Public Information Act, under the law there are required and discretionary exemptions to the release of certain information. As such, some documents may not be released or may be released in redacted form. Reproduction and archive retrieval fees may apply. An hourly fee is charged for requests that require more than two hours to fulfill. This fee is based on the hourly rates of the employees who will process your request. Fees are $0.25 per page for black and white and $1.00 per page for color and apply regardless of whether public records are produced electronically or in paper form. Other fees will apply to copies larger than 8.5×11 inches. Deposits may be required and all fees must be paid before records are produced.
