The agenda for each meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission meetings is posted when available and reposted when changes are made prior to the meeting.
Minutes of the prior meeting are typically approved at the next Commission meeting and available online shortly after.
The Planning Commission meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., as needed. All meetings of the Planning Commission are posted on the Events Calendar. Meetings may be canceled due to lack of agenda items, so please confirm by checking the Events Calendar. Meetings are generally not held in November and December.
